Job Summary
Inspector Coordinator to support a roster of independent inspectors across mortgage field service orders. You will monitor open orders in the inspection management platform, communicate with inspectors via Slack and email to pull status updates, reassign work to backups when needed, respond to client inquiries, and keep records updated as work moves through the pipeline. Prior experience coordinating contractors or field workers is preferred; strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorts, filters, lookups, basic formulas)
- Comfort with learning new software platforms (InspectorADE, Forms.com, client portals, Slack, Outlook)
- Strong written communication via Slack and email
- Ability to manage high volume of items and maintain accuracy
- Reliable home internet and quiet workspace
