Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting exterior and interior conditions through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Otsego County territory using a reliable vehicle to perform these duties as a 1099 independent contractor. Flexible daylight hours allow for part-time or full-time work based on availability, with weekly pay and a flat rate per inspection. No licensing required; valid driver's license and smartphone are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory

- Computer with internet access
- Printer and basic office supplies
- Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
- HUD/Inspector keys (set of 11)
- Volt stick
