Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using a mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Pickens County territory with a reliable vehicle and smartphone to perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours, weekly pay, and a flat rate per inspection. No licensing required; valid driver's license and Shield ID necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance

- HUD/Inspector keys
