Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while traveling locally within the Allen County territory. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule with daylight hours and weekly pay via direct deposit. Earnings are flat rate per inspection, typically exceeding $20/hour depending on volume. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and be comfortable inspecting occupied, vacant, and rural properties.
