Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans by determining occupancy status, photographing conditions, delivering door notices, and verifying utility status. Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app and communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Ashland territory with a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and required tools including HUD keys and a Volt stick. Work independently during daylight hours on a flexible schedule, earning a flat rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit. No licensing or certifications are required, though prior experience is a plus.
