Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Macon County, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties using a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and required tools including a Volt stick and HUD keys. Work independently during daylight hours on a flexible schedule, with earnings based on volume and territory availability. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are essential.
