Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Iosco County, determining occupancy status and documenting exterior conditions. Photograph properties, deliver door notices, and verify utility status before completing reports via the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator throughout the process. This independent contractor role requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel within the assigned territory. You must own a smartphone and computer with internet access, along with a printer and basic office supplies. Earnings are flat-rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit, though no mileage reimbursement is provided.
Required Qualifications
