Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Spencer County, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties within your assigned territory, utilizing a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and HUD/Inspector keys provided or linked for acquisition. Earn a flat rate per inspection with weekly direct deposit, working independently during daylight hours with a flexible schedule. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
