Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting exterior conditions. Photograph properties, deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while traveling locally within the Clay County territory. Work independently during daylight hours with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to obtain a Shield ID and HUD keys. Earnings are flat-rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- Printer and basic office supplies
- Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
- HUD/Inspector keys
- Volt stick
