Perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections, managing your own schedule during daylight hours. This 1099 independent contractor role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access. Earnings are flat rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit, though no mileage or expense reimbursement is provided.
