Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Hood River County, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect both occupied and vacant properties, including rural locations, using a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and required tools. Work independently during daylight hours on a flexible schedule, with earnings based on volume and availability. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
