Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Lane County, determining occupancy status and documenting conditions through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections across your assigned territory. This independent contractor role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to obtain a Shield ID and HUD keys. Flexible daylight hours allow part-time or full-time work with weekly pay, though no mileage reimbursement is provided.
