Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Hillsdale County, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties using a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and HUD keys provided through GIS. Earn a flat rate per inspection with weekly direct deposit, working independently during daylight hours under a flexible schedule. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
