Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting conditions through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within your assigned territory in a reliable vehicle, managing your own schedule for part-time or full-time work during daylight hours. Earnings are flat rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit, though no mileage or expense reimbursement is provided. This independent contractor role requires a valid driver's license, smartphone, and ability to obtain a Shield ID and HUD/Inspector keys.
