Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Polk County, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties using a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and required tools including a Volt stick and HUD keys. Work independently during daylight hours with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, earning a flat rate per inspection with weekly direct deposit. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
