Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans to determine occupancy status, photograph and document condition, and deliver door notices while verifying utility status. Complete reports using a mobile app and communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Noble County territory with a reliable vehicle and smartphone to perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours with weekly pay, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Shield ID. No licensing is necessary, though prior experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory
