Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in the Harrison County territory, determining occupancy status and photographing conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while managing your own schedule for daylight hours. Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to obtain a Shield ID and HUD keys. Earnings are a flat rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit, though no mileage reimbursement is provided. This 1099 independent contractor role allows flexible part-time or full-time availability for self-motivated individuals comfortable inspecting occupied, vacant, and rural properties.
