Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties within the Linn County territory. This independent contractor role offers a flexible daylight schedule with weekly pay via direct deposit. No licensing or certifications are required, though a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.
