Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Howard County, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections across occupied, vacant, and rural properties. Work independently within your assigned territory during daylight hours on a flexible schedule, utilizing a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and HUD/Inspector keys. Earn a flat rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
