Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and photographing condition. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while traveling locally in the Jennings county territory. This 1099 independent contractor position offers flexible daylight hours with weekly pay via direct deposit. Earnings are flat rate per inspection, typically $20+/hour depending on volume. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone to perform these duties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
