Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting exterior or interior conditions through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Scott County territory with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to perform these duties independently. Earnings are flat-rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit, though no mileage reimbursement is provided.
