Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while managing your own schedule within your assigned territory. This 1099 independent contractor position offers flexible daylight hours, part-time or full-time options, and weekly pay via direct deposit. Earnings are flat rate per inspection, typically $20+/hour depending on volume, with no mileage or expense reimbursement. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone are required; GIS provides links for the Shield ID and HUD keys. Must be comfortable inspecting occupied, vacant, and rural properties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory

- Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
- HUD/Inspector keys (set of 11)
