Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Elkhart County, determining occupancy status and documenting exterior or interior conditions via photographs. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel locally within your assigned territory to inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties, managing your own schedule during daylight hours. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible part-time or full-time options with weekly pay, requiring a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to obtain a Shield ID and HUD keys.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
