Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel locally within the Boone County territory with a reliable vehicle and smartphone to perform these duties independently. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours, weekly pay, and a flat rate of $20+ per hour. No licensing is required; a valid driver's license and comfort with occupied, vacant, and rural properties are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
