Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within your assigned territory in Wells County, performing exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours and weekly pay via direct deposit. You must maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access. Earnings depend on your availability, territory, and workload, with potential rates of $20+ per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
