Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties within your assigned territory. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and printer. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours with weekly pay via direct deposit. No licensing required; experience is a plus.
