Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Newton County, determining occupancy status and documenting exterior and interior conditions. Photograph property details, deliver door notices, and verify utility status while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app and manage your own schedule during daylight hours. You must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable insured vehicle, and a smartphone with internet access. Earnings are flat-rate per inspection, typically $20+ hourly, with weekly pay via direct deposit. No licensing is required, though a Shield ID and HUD/Inspector keys are needed for onboarding.
