Photograph property details, deliver door notices, and verify utility status before completing reports via the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator and work independently within your assigned territory using a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and HUD/Inspector keys. Perform inspections during daylight hours with flexible scheduling, earning a flat rate per inspection with weekly direct deposit. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
