Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Work independently in your assigned Martin County territory during daylight hours, managing your own schedule for part-time or full-time engagement. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to obtain a Shield ID and HUD keys. Earnings are flat rate per inspection with weekly pay, though no mileage reimbursement is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
