Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Hamilton County, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties using a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and provided keys. Earn a flat rate of $20+ per hour with weekly direct deposit as a 1099 independent contractor. No licensing required; valid driver's license and auto insurance are essential. GIS Field Services, Inc. offers flexible daylight hours and provides links for obtaining a Shield ID and HUD keys.
