Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting conditions through photography and door notices. Verify utility status and complete reports using the mobile app InspectorADE while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Delaware territory using a reliable vehicle and smartphone to inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties. Perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior inspections. This role offers flexible daylight hours with weekly pay via direct deposit for independent contractors. No licensing required; valid driver's license and basic office supplies are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory
