Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and photographing condition. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within the Daviess County territory with a reliable vehicle to perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. Work independently during daylight hours on a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Earnings are a flat rate per inspection, typically $20+ hourly depending on volume, with weekly pay via direct deposit. No licensing required; valid driver's license and smartphone are essential.
