Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting conditions through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Travel within your assigned Bay County territory to inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access. Earnings are a flat rate per inspection with weekly pay via direct deposit, though no mileage reimbursement is provided. This independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours for self-motivated individuals managing their own schedule.
