Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and photographing property conditions. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while working independently in your assigned Rush County territory. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel within your territory, utilizing a smartphone, computer, printer, and HUD/Inspector keys provided by GIS. This role offers flexible daylight hours with weekly pay via direct deposit. Earnings are typically $20+/hour based on volume and workload, with no mileage or expense reimbursement. GIS Field Services, Inc. has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage field inspection industry.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Computer with internet access
- Printer and basic office supplies
- Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
- HUD/Inspector keys (set of 11)
- Volt stick
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Must be comfortable inspecting occupied, vacant, and rural properties
