Mortgage Field Inspector (1099 Independent Contractor)

Job Summary
Perform property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant), photograph and document property condition, deliver door notices and verify utility status, and complete reports using InspectorADE. Work as an independent contractor in assigned territories with a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time), earning based on inspections with weekly pay. Requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access; onboarding may include obtaining Shield ID and HUD/Inspector Keys. Must be comfortable inspecting occupied, vacant, and rural properties; home-office autonomy and travel within the territory are expected.
