Job Summary
Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector conducts property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determines occupancy status (occupied or vacant), photographs and documents property condition, delivers door notices and verifies utility status, and completes reports using InspectorADE. Independent contractor role with flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) in Allendale, SC; travel within territory; earning potential typically $20+/hour depending on volume; requires valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet, and ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/Inspector Keys; insured and equipped to inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties; weekly pay via direct deposit.
