Deliver door notices and manage inspections of occupied, vacant, and rural properties within the Wayne County territory. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible daylight hours with weekly pay via direct deposit. Earnings are flat-rate per inspection, typically ranging from $20+ per hour depending on volume. You must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable insured vehicle, a smartphone, and a computer with internet access.
