Job Summary
Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and photographing condition. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app. Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator while managing your own schedule and traveling within your assigned Jay County territory. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access. Earnings are flat-rate per inspection, typically $20+/hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent contractor position requiring no licensing or prior experience.
