Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determining occupancy status and documenting condition through photography. Deliver door notices, verify utility status, and submit reports via the InspectorADE mobile app while communicating regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Perform exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections within the Brown County territory. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible daylight schedule with weekly pay, earning potential of $20+ per hour based on volume. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access. No licensing or prior experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory

- Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
- HUD/Inspector keys (set of 11)
