Seeking a Mortgage Disclosure/Loan Set-Up professional responsible for preparing loan disclosures and supporting loan underwriting and processing tasks. Requires high school diploma, 3+ years of mortgage experience, and computer literacy. Remote position with a salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; or general education degree (GED) required
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ Years Mortgage experience preferred
- Computer Literate (Windows, Word, Excel) and able to learn/use new Software
- Working knowledge of Encompass and/or other LOS
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills and follow-through capabilities
