Job Summary
The Mortgage Consultant advises new and existing clients on residential mortgage programs and is responsible for producing high quality loans that meet Prosperity Mortgage guidelines while providing excellent customer service. This role requires analyzing detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs to appropriate loan programs, and maintaining visibility for Prosperity in the marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Required to possess all applicable licenses
- Ability to travel within the local area; must be able to provide own transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage sales or operations
- Established track record of agency, government and jumbo origination
- Phone skills and social media experience
