Job Summary
The Mortgage Consultant, under the supervision of the Area Sales Leader, will advise new and existing clients on residential mortgage programs, ensuring compliance with Prosperity Mortgage guidelines. The role involves producing high-quality loans while delivering excellent customer service and developing market visibility for Prosperity. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial and credit data to align customer needs with appropriate loan programs. Candidates must have a college degree or equivalent experience, a background in mortgage sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the local area.

- Required to possess all applicable licenses
- Ability to travel within the local area; must be able to provide own transportation
