Job Summary
Champion the Prosperity Home Mortgage brand across diverse channels including realtors, builders, and innovative nontraditional partnerships while establishing a commanding presence in your local market. Provide comprehensive consultation on our full spectrum of residential mortgage programs, rates, and policies, conducting detailed financial and credit analyses to recommend tailored loan solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire loan process, coordinating seamlessly with processing and closing teams to ensure all documentation requirements are met for smooth, timely closings. Exceed personal production targets while contributing to overall market share and branch profitability. Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and federal/state laws while participating in ongoing mortgage product and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience demonstrating proven success
- Valid NMLS license (required)
- Willingness to travel within your local market area
