Job Summary
Experienced Mortgage Broker to join our Dubai-based team. You will guide clients through the UAE mortgage process from enquiry to loan completion, advising on options, assessing eligibility, preparing and submitting documentation to local banks, negotiating with lenders, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and AML guidelines. You will build relationships with clients, real estate agencies, property developers, and banks across the UAE, supporting the full mortgage lifecycle from enquiry to disbursal while maintaining strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker within Dubai or the UAE property market
- UAE mortgage broker license or relevant industry certification (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
