Job Summary
The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for originating various types of loans focused on servicing existing customers. Key responsibilities include responding to leads, engaging with consumers to identify their needs, processing mortgage loan applications, collecting necessary documents to close loans, and meeting individual sales goals. The ideal candidate requires origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry, at least 2 years of experience, an active NMLS license, and strong persuasive communication skills. A customer-focused mindset, the ability to work independently, and professional communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required
