Job Summary
Perform all aspects of construction and renovation loan servicing during the construction phase, including setting up parameters in servicing software, processing draw requests, and monitoring loan fund usage. Communicate with members and builders throughout the process, order vendor updates, and maintain payment records. Execute loan conversions to permanent financing by verifying completion, preparing modifications, and reviewing transactions. Serve on a rotating Saturday schedule while developing knowledge of credit union systems and operational procedures. Provide excellent service to employees, members, and contractors.
