Job Summary
Deliver post-sanction administration for commercial mortgages, ensuring timely release of communications, legal instructions, and payments to support fast, high-quality service. Satisfy conditions precedent to drive completions while managing a pipeline of cases to meet service level agreements and quality expectations. Maintain accurate case records, including sanction audit trails for monitoring, and ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain relationships with legal, valuation, underwriting, and business development stakeholders to facilitate smooth correspondence and informed decision-making. Maintain and update customer records within the Core Banking system, assisting operations teams and supporting wider lending activities as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of delivering a high standard of customer experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills developed from a Commercial Mortgage based background
- Knowledge of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management
- A good level of financial and commercial awareness
- A good understanding of Conduct and Treating Customers Fairly requirements relevant to Credit Operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
