Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating, organizing, and preparing residential loan files for closings; works with bank staff, insurers and others to ensure timely, regulatory compliant closings and quality customer service; manages closing documentation, regulatory disclosures, and the closing pipeline; performs timely loan funding, reviews title commitments and surveys, and handles post-closing documentation and HMDA reporting; collaborates with management and colleagues to complete projects; requires Associates degree or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
- 2+ years related experience preferred.
