Mortgage Business Development Representative; BR 59

Recruit Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and new customers to drive Texana Bank's growth through targeted outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts. Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment aligned with bank objectives while maintaining strict compliance with regulations. This non-originating role does not require NMLS registration or involve licensed mortgage activities. Compensation includes base wages plus recruiting overrides based on actual recruitment efforts, with optional basis points on designated production. The position reports to the Mortgage Branch Manager and supports Texana Bank's mission to better serve East Texas and Arkansas customers through honest, personalized service.
