Job Summary
Analyze and document mortgage products and processes, translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories for development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to support mortgage quote and application processes, while validating and reconciling data to ensure system accuracy. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews, and work with technical teams to guarantee successful implementation of mortgage solutions. Investigate incidents by analyzing system logs and operational data, contributing to API and banking platform integration discussions. Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory and compliance standards within the banking sector, maintaining clear documentation of business workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Sterke ervaring binnen het hypotheekdomein in de bancaire sector
- Goede kennis van Nederlandse hypotheekproducten, waaronder annuïteitenhypotheken, lineaire hypotheken en aflossingsvrije hypotheken
- Kennis van NHG-hypotheken en Loan-to-Value (LTV) concepten
- Inzicht in het hypotheekofferteproces en hypotheekservicingprocessen
- Bekendheid met bancaire regelgeving en compliancevereisten
- Basis technische kennis van SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY)
- Ervaring met data validatie en reconciliatieprocessen
- Ervaring met werken in Agile Scrum-omgevingen
- Bekendheid met JIRA en Azure DevOps voor requirement- en backlogbeheer
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met core banking hypotheekplatformen is een pluspunt
